Jaime Luyo
jeluyo@csd-institute.orgDr. Jaime E. Luyo is Director of the Institute for Competitiveness and Sustainable Development in Peru. He holds an Engineering degree from the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería, Lima, an MS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, USA, and a Ph. D. from the Universidad Nacional de San Marcos, Lima.
Silvia Caironi
scaironi@csd-institute.orgAn economist with extensive experience in consulting in areas of economic development, banking, telecommunications, information technology and competitiveness. She has worked in Europe, the U.S. and Peru, in institutions like the World Bank, ABM Consulting Group, ETNOTEAM S.P.A., and the National Council of Competitiveness of Peru, where he was Technical Secretary. She has a BA in Economics from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan, Italy and Master in Project Management from George Washington University, Washington, DC, USA.
